Accepted Payment Methods

We use Paypal to process your credit card details. We believe that Paypal is the most secure way to process your Credit/Debit card over the internet. Paypal we find is easier to manage and is great for buyers peace of mind.

 

Delivery Costs

All orders to UK Mainland Standard delivery are a flat rate cost of £9.99, and will be delivered within 3 working days.UK Mainland - UK, Scotland and Wales. If you wish us to deliver to another area that falls just outside of the UK Mainland b please contact us at info@rockboardplus.co.uk for how we can help. For example, the Isle of Wight and Isle of Man locations have an additional cost with the couriers we use unfortunately. Once we dispatch your order we will send you an email with your tracking number.

Deliveries will be made between 9 am and 5pm on Friday. We use TNT and City Link for all of our deliveries. If you are not at home the courier firm will leave a card and details of how they can re-deliver the item or how you can collect. Failure to collect the item or have the item redelivered may result in a charge if the item comes back to us and you still require the item.

Change or Cancel an Order

In most circumstances it’s not possible to make changes to your order once you’ve placed it. 
If you’d like to add products to your order, please place a new order for these items.

If you need to change details of your delivery address, remove items from your order or cancel it completely, please contact our Customer Services team for advice on 0203 355 0515 between 9 am and 5pm, Monday to Friday or email info@rockboardplus.co.uk.

If your order has already been despatched or delivered, then you’ll need to follow our Returns procedure in the event of any unwanted products.Please remember that any items received which you wish to return must not have been used.

 

Missing, incomplete or damaged orders
If your order hasn't arrived, or arrives incomplete, first of all please view your order email to check that you ordered correctly.
If your order has been despatched but hasn't arrived within the expected time period please email our Customer Services team at info@rockboardplus.co.uk, or call us on 0203 355 0515 between 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

If you've more than one item on your order, please bear in mind that our products may be sent out from multiple sending point and so arrive separately. However if this is not the case and you haven't received the entire order as detailed in the order confirmation email sent to you, please email or call us.


We will often place smaller items within the Scooter box to reduce packaging, please check the box thoroughly prior to calling.

If your order arrives and the goods are damaged, follow our Returns procedure or call us on 0203 355 0515 between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Once a scooter has been used outside this is an acceptance of your order and we will be unable to accept the item back.
Please make sure you are happy with your purchase prior to using.

 

Returns procedure

  1. Please contact us on 0203 355 0515 or email us at info@rockboardplus.co.uk.
  2. We will provide a returns form/email which you must fill out by email
  3. Repackage the item securely and attach the form where possible to the outside of the item.
  4. Return using your desired method, making sure you obtain proof of postage. We advise using a courier service.
  5. We regret that we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage during transit.
  6. On receipt of the item we check that the item has not been used and there are no marks on foot decks etc.We then process your refund. Refunds are usually processed within 3 working days of receipt and can take 5-10 days to appear in your bank. We will refund you the full cost of the item excluding the postage and packing you paid. Please do not use the item if you feel on opening you will not be keeping it.

This return policy does not affect your statutory rights.


Ensure you return unwanted unused items within 14 days of receipt


Once a scooter or bike has been used outside this is an acceptance of your order and we will be unable to accept the item back.
Please make sure you are happy with your purchase prior to using it outside or indoors.

What is the warranty for the Rockboard and Scoot and Ride products.

Rockboard and Scoot and Ride products are supplied with a warranty of 120 days for material and workmanship faults.
Warranty do not cover damage caused by improper usage such as incorrect installations on the model, careless use such as running against curbs, excessive weight, etc. Or normal wear and tear.
We can only accept warranty claims if you can produce your proof of purchase.
FirstBike comes with a 5 year warranty.

What is the Rockboard Scooter?

The Rockboard Scooter is the world’s FIRST two in one scooter. Traditional scooters today only have one mode and that requires the user to use one foot to push and create momentum for the scooter. The Rockboard Scooter are all self-propelled scooters. By rocking back and forth gently on the foot-board the user creates their own movement without the need to put their foot on the pavement.

The Original Rockboard Scooter has two modes. Push mode and Rockboard mode. In push mode, the scooter acts as a normal scooter. With a small adjustment the Rockboard converts to a rocking scooter.

In Rockboard mode the user is able to rock back and forth to gain momentum via balancing and rocking gently on the deck board. A truly innovative way of travelling whether it be to school, to a friends house, the gym or even to work.

For users who only require the rocking mode feature then the Rockboard RBX is the perfect choice.

How do I browse and order?

Select the SHOP tab to view and order your preferred product. We also stock other products such as Scoot and Ride and FirstBike balance bikes. You can check and amend your shopping basket at any time during a shopping session. We advise after a shopping session if you are logged in as a user to log out fully to keep your account secure.

We advise users watch our videos to determine whether they will have sufficient strength to propel the scooter. Our recommended age groups are added to each product.We cannot accept back any used products.

What is the best storage for my Rockboard product or my balance bikes.

Store your Rockboard or bike in a safe dry environment. Storing any outdoor item in damp conditions will only cause your product not to perform properly. Keep your box, as this can be a storage unit you place your scooter within when not in use.

 

Please practice safety whilst using any product on this website. We do advise the use of  safety helmets whilst riding.
